Can we say MOLD'

Our shower leaked from day one, and grew mold over an entire wall. It took 3 weeks and a pile of photos to get the management to pay attention. They replaced the wall. The mold grew back. They placed a dehumidifier in our apt. which ran our electric bill more than a 100 bucks what it usually is. 2 weeks later our wall was replaced again. That was 8 months ago and the moldy carpet they tore up is still torn up (despite constant nagging). There is so much moisture in the place that our bread only stays good for 2 or 3 days before growing mold everywhere.

We had maintenaince requests that we wrote on our MOVE IN report that still have not been addressed. We reported them many, many times. The management is completely unresponsive and rude. Mary Boston gives us dirty looks whenever we're in the office.

Also, they kept sending us letters that our lease was up May 16th, so if we were moving out, we had to be out by then. We bent over backwards to be out by that date. Then, I looked at the lease one more time. It doesn't end until May 31st.

They have the nerve to charge a minimum of $75 for carpet cleaning when you move out. Considering they tore up a portion of ours, they won't be seeing anymore money from us.

They spend all their time on renovating the common areas of buildings (our doorway was blocked for weeks and we had to use another entrance.)

The location and convenience of the shopping center across the street are great, and the model apartments are really cute. I wish I had a better experience here, because we really thought we could call this place home.

The place, however, is generally dirty and run by a rude team of people. The manor and townhouses may be nice, but the Village area clearly houses the most people and the Management Team really needs to get their priorities straight. Making it look nice on the outside only helps you for so long.

Please, please, please look around before you move here.

p.s. the work "apartments" is spelled wrong on the sign on our building. Should have been a clue. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
