I loved the inside of my apartment, but many things were left to be desired.
24 hour maintenance is one thing...if they come to your apartment. I had to constantly call to remind them what needed to be followed up on.
If you don't like cockroaches, don't come here! Boric Acid will be your saving grace!
There is very poor outside lighting and crime increased in the neighborhood. While I was there, I received about a half a dozen flyers indicated some type of crime occurred on the premises.
Security suggestions were never followed up on.
2 pools - 1 not functional entire year. Many problems with gym--machines not being fixed.
New construction ideas sounded great but were never followed up on. Took a long time for things to be completed.
