I've lived here for about 1 1/2 yrs and have no complaints. The response to my maintenance needs has been excellent. The staff has been very helpful. The grounds are nicely kept and snow removal has been great. It's convenient to shopping and public trans and walking distance from great restaurants and stores. What more do you want' Believe me, it's a nice place to live. Honestly, some of these people must be chronic whiners

Nope, that's incorrect; only about 20-30% of the complaints here are chronic whining, the other 70-80% are real problems with this complex. Congrats on lucking out by living in a building that isn't so bad, but that doesn't make all the other residents wrong.
