This place is awful. Management doesnt care about ANYTHING once you sign that lease. I wasnt getting my bill for 3 months, they did nothing about it. It is seriously like pulling teeth with them. It takes them weeks to return calls. They hate their job and are miserable people!
Only one pool is open, there are mice everywhere. It is unsafe, thefts and vandalism. My car has been vandalized numerous times. Parking lots are not well lit, stairways are not lit. You will be wasting your money if you live here. Your rent will go up every time you sign your lease.
I read these reviews before I moved in and thought Id never need to deal with management, Id set my own mouse traps, and I could deal with it, but there is no way around the rude workers, their untimely work, and their effortless attitude!
Management posts on this site as well, so if you think the "positive review" sounds more appealing-- please rethink, dont be naive!
For all my problems I am contacting the 'better business bureau' and reporting them... I urge the rest of the bad reviewers to do the same!
