Well, I have been living here for 1 year, and have not been able to stay in my apartments for the las 3 weeks. And here is the question: whould you live happily in an apartment infested with rats' If the answer is yes, then what are you waiting, the rodents will love for you to feed them. If the answer is no, because of repulsivity or because you have young kinds that might get SICK with infections brought in by rodents, then you are better off living elsewhere. And you might ask yourself, mmm! I wonder what this review ment when it said infestation' I mean 5 RODENTS IN 3-4 hours, I mean 9 rodents in 3 week period.

Also great are the squirrels living in the attics. The eaves of the village buildings' roofs appear to be constructed in a defective way, because when the gutter sags away from the eaves, you can see how the squirrels crawl right inside the attic. There doesn't seem to be any soffit or whatever to prevent their free coming and going. Whatever the case with the eaves, whether technically built correctly or not, it is definitely squirreltown up inside the attic of more than one village building. CHV management has been fully informed of this by many different residents at many times over many years, and has decided to do nothing, and to pretend each time that they've never heard about the problem before. Remember: Simply Superior Service.
