Property Manager is WORTHLESS

I have lived at CHV for over 2 years, and while I love my townhouse, the management makes this an AWFUL place to live. The day we moved in our AC was not working, and this became an ongoing problem that was finally resolved last month (7/07, meanwhile we moved in 6/05). At the moment I am having an issue with our windows NOT LOCKING- which is a huge safety issue, and have been getting NO response from the mgmt office. They say they'll fix it, they say they'll call me back, but nothing happens. I have filed a complaint w/ AIMCO (CHV's owner), and still NOTHING has been done.
I like my house, the location and the ammenities that come with it, but I do not like paying $1500 a month to live in a house that is NOT SAFE!!
