I will start on a positive note my physical apartment, which was recently renovated is quite nice. Everything works and I have had very few problems in terms of functionality. The other positive is that it is near a train station and town is walkable. The cons however undoubtedly outweigh the pros:

1. There have been 5 burglaries this month alone in the complex
2. The weekend I moved in I heard someone get shot to death in the parking lot next door to the complex (I understand that this is not Chestnut Hill Village's fault but it obviously doesn't make living here any more desireable).
3. Water is turned off on average once a week.
4. Leasing office put the incorrect rent in their computers (for some reason this takes months to correct).
5. Construction/renovation of nearby apartments is extremely noisy.

I am looking forward to leaving.
