Besides facing almost everything bad that other reviewers have said, I want to add:

I was one of the residents who was burglarized. There was no forced entry into my apartment. Later on, I found there were other similar robberies before mine - and I was not warned!!! In 3 cases - laptops were stolen. YOU CAN CONNECT THE DOTS.

It took them 24 hours to find a locksmith to change the locks. I could have done this in 5 minutes.

I was told that a letter was sent out infoming the residents - I never received it! I know atleast one other resident who did not receive the letter.

Yes, the same thing happened to me--no forced entry--I reported it to the police and the management office--they changed my locks right away though. I feel as though it is someone who works on the grounds...

Frankly, I am not sure how changing to exact same kind of locks might keep us safe! You are right. I called the detective assinged to my case - he was not made aware of other robberies. Management told me that they sent out some security tapes - again detective was not aware! I am not sure what is going on.

We also had a laptop stolen that was delivered and signed for at the office (without our consent). It was stolen overnight after they locked it in the room, and they never found the person who took it! We also had $300.00 worth of septa coins stolen out of our apartment (it was an inside job). This is rediculous to pay this kind of money and have to live this way.
