Pro's: Before september I would have been mildly annoyed with this place, but recommended it.

Con's: DON'T MOVE HERE! We had a laptop delivered and the leasing office signed for it (without our permission). They said they locked it in their room overnight and it went missing. We were never reimbursed and they said they would call the police but didn't. We had to a day later than that. It was never found.

Our apartment has been broken into (inside job, no forced entry). $300.00 worth of septa coins were taken. I've had problems with maintenance people coming into my apartment when either myself or my roommate were here to see me sitting at the table, and mumble something about it being the wrong apartment and walking out. They knew they were in the wrong apartment and I wonder how much more would have been stolen had we not worked odd hours. I've also walked out of the shower to see a maintanence man in my apartment (claimed he must have walked into the wrong apartment). We signed a paper saying no one can enter without one of us being here and being warned, but it continues.

The elevator hasen't worked since April, even with the new one they installed. You can count on it working about 10% of the time, but that's it. The water is shut off every wednesday morning and they've been doing this since last spring as well. I think they are just trying to save money on their water bill. If you are in the gym when the cleaning ladies come in (anytime between noon and 4pm) they will put on spanish soap operas (no matter if you were watching the tv or not) full blast and get on the equipment and wait for you to get off it. Also, the key to get into the front only works on one of the 3 doors, as they've replaced the lock on the one and the keys won't work in it anymore.

The doors are paper thin in that you can hear everything someone is doing in their apartment. I have walked through the hallway and have heard my neighbors intimate conversations because of this. Also, with the way the bathrooms are connected between apartments, I have also heard my neighbor in there doing various things, along with singing in the shower. Some days I leave for work early (5am) and it is pitch black dark in the parking lot, there is not enough lighting out there. When they put the new light fixtures in they took the one out of the bathroom that had an outlet on it. So now we have NO outlets in our bathroom at all. I have not been able to style or blow dry my hair unless I want to get my bedroom floor wet.

My main peeve is the stealing. I'm tired of having to hide everything and hoping for the best. This is no way to live. Especially when we are paying close to $900.00 a MONTH to live like this! Our lease is up this summer and we are NOT renewing. Their cleaning/ maintanence crew is stealing from everyone and they don't want to call anyone out or admit it. Instead they want to change everyone's locks, as if that will stop them :(

It's a terrible place to live- I know! Maybe the mice are responsible for the stealing. There are so many of them, I believe they could band together to do it. I can't wait to get out of this dump too.

I was robbed. When I called the detective about other robberies - he was not even aware that there were multiple. Also, changing locks? - I thought that they did some kind of modification with changing locks - so that you dont have to change keys!!! not sure how that works!

For our door to our apartment we could use the same key, but the door to get into the building they changed the lock so there is only one door in the back we can get into. I didn't even bother to report this to the police (the laptop we did). Ugh, not too much longer until we're out.
