This is the worst apartment I have ever rented. To start off the parking situation and the property is mediocre. Then it all goes downhill. I hear sirens throughout the night. The property is unsafe as non residents contantly walk through the property. Chestnut HIll has also been robbed numerous times. The staff in no way tried to warn any of the residents that Chestnut Hill Village was being targeted by a group of theives throughout the month. Multiple apartments were robbed and it is pry still going on. They did undergo a total reconstruction but be sure to see the place before you sign the lease. Things are left unfinished and are not done properly. Have maintenance fix them before you sign because they will not come out unless you threaten to leave. I would recommend to anyone to look elseware for an apartment. Looks can be deceiving as this is one of those occasions.
