We were moving from out of state and had limited time to find housing so this is how we ended up at CHV. The staff at the leasing office is great but:
1.prices quoted are incorrect they reel you in then give you a higher rate
2.Lots of critters- mice!
3.Although our apt was recently renovated it was so badly done that maintenance has been called half a dozen times
4.There is a gym but the treadmills are often broken
5.Water is turned off weekly because of ongoing construction
6.There are lots of workers going through the building and also lots of theft
We plan on leaving when our lease is up this spring
