I have been reading reviews on here for quite sometime and finally had enough of it myself and had to write one. Every negative comment on here is 100% accurate. We have dealt with everything, maintenance coming into the apartment without approval and or notice, mice mice mice, water being shut off consistently. The answer is simple all the tenants and prior tenants need to seek legal advise. I personally am going to but I think the courts would be much more attentive if 100 people walked in with the same complaints. I have a young child who puts everything in their mouth. I saw mice today in the apartment and NO ONE wanted to help me the best they could do is come tomorrow with poison (quite reassuring for a parent with a child). It is time tenants stand up for their rights and fight AIMCO and the Chestnut Hill Village Management. None of this should be tolerated especially for what they are charging each month. I personally have opted out of my lease and will now pay 4 months rent to leave this dump. I am quite happy to do so and feel it is in the best interest of my family esp my child. This is not only a filthy place to live it is unsanitary. Do you think AIMCO or the management here think about how they are affecting people (elderly/ children) by turning off the water for an entire day once a week' Interesting they raved about the new gym being built but neglected to explain the water situation while touring this place. Once the health department and lawyers get involved maybe then management and the owners will be forced to address these problems. I kick myself for not doing better research before moving here. Although I will make sure to spread my experience to each and every person I meet going forward.

this is so hard to believe. i have a appointment scheduled to view an apartment. the pics on the website look so good. it looks like a luxurious apartment to live in. wow!!! i am flaberghasted at the reviews that i am reading. i am cancelling my appointment immediately!!!! omg!!!

Yes RUN FAR AWAY!!! I almost moved here, but thankfully I read the reviews on this site. The Management staff suck and Robin is so unprofessionally. I think this is one of best choices I made in a long time! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME
