I would like to start by saying run far away from this palce while you still have a chance. I came to the rental property looking for a two bedroom apt. They told me that it would not be ready for 2 weeks so I gave them the deposit to hold it. The day I was scheduled to move in, I received a phone call from Dawn, the manager she stated that I could not move into the apt because the bathroom floor had caved in. I had already packed my things in a uhaul and was on my way there. She then told me that she could give me my money back but other than that there was nothing that they could do. I told her that they had to do something cuz I had no where else to go, so they put me in a one bedroom that was only supposed to last for 3 days, but it lasted 2 weeks. So I lived out of boxes for 2 weeks unable to unpack and get settled.
Then when I get into the new apartment somebody already lived there(the mice and the roaches and they did not want me there). My lock brock and never got fixed. Then my neighbor infromed me that matinence man was in my apartment on a regular basis when I wasnt home. There was loud music all the time. People were sniffing coke in the hallways. Drug dealers work out of these buildings. Homeless people were coming in sleeping in the laundry room(that didnt work anyway). Don't expect any packages because the intercoms are just for display purposes. Anybody can just walk in the building. Fire Alarms goes off all night long. The electrical system doesnt work right in the apartments. Peolpe are driving their cars right up on the courtyard so you might get hit by a car when come out the front door cuz they took all fences down.
Dawn the manager is sleepy with Rodney the head of matinence so thats why nothing gets fixed around here. A new management company just took over because Fisher Crossing has not been sending them the rent money for the past year so they say. Lastly ther is a halfway house located inside one of the buildings so they get government funding. So why would you put people who dnt live in a halfway house in that building. RUN RUN RUN PLEASE RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
