DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Michael Singer Real Estate does not care about their tenats. I wrote at least 3 formal complaints to them about the inefficient air conditioning they have at these apartments, about their lack of respect with the removal of personal items from the front of our unit and various other issues. I never once recieved any sort of responce. They have a stray cat problem which they refuse to accept or do anything about, yet when tenats attempt to help the cats, they are threatened and faced with adversity. Maintence is poorly done when done at all. Promises are made by staff simply to upease. Upon moving out, all they were interested in was justifying our security deposit to go toward completely recarpeting the unit (which was not necessary). The appliances were returned to the condition in which they were upon move in, but that was not good enough.
