I can only imagine how bad things must be at this property. I lived in another property managed by this company and was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I have had nothing but heartache from day one. From drug addict to chain smoking neighbors, total disregard for people's personal property and very poor maintenance and overall poor management. The only thing they do right here is collect my rent check and exterminate once a month. I would not recommend CPM to anyone, unless they clean up their act, and in a big hurry.
