Ae you kidding' they care about the people. I dont think so. I didnt have heat during the playoffs one weekend and I called the maintenence people and they refused to come out. When I was living at the ditman street apartments I was overrun by mice and they refused to come out and fumegate.I wish I Knew the number to call and report them
