lived here from june 2007 - may 2008. professional staff. accommodating to students' situation. responsive to complaints. a bit slow on the uptake and might require a few tries, but they do respond. good heating in the winter -- sometimes i had to open a few windows because it was so toasty. large rooms, hardwood floors, high ceilings, nice sized rooms, tiled bathrooms, relatively clean (depending on how clean you are). small mouse problem. but that's the case with all univ. city housing. i split this place 4 ways and it was more than enough space and didn't cause a huge dent in my pocket.
