I just moved in this complex in September and I wish I never did. The walls are paper thin so never expect a long of peace and quiet. There has been a change in management but I haven't seen a difference in the amount or quality of service. Maintanence never do satisfactory work and you'll have always have to get them to come back to fix what they should have done right on the first time. I not even going to mention how many times they lost the keys to by apartment. The appliances are so out dated so don't expect to get a new or proper functioning refrigerator or stove upon your arrival. They gave me a dorm size fridge that you can hardly fit anything in or keep cold at the correct temperature. You are responsible for the electic and gas, the building only covers your cold water. There are mice and roaches, the exterminators do not do a good job. Your better off going to a store and getting a bottle of Combat. Pray to God that it doesn't snow because it will be a law suit waiting to happen. They plow the parking the lot but that is all. Don't expect any salt to be applied to the walkways. Enter and leave at your own risk. I would only suggest this building for someone with limited funds and needing a low monthly rental rate.

its a horrible apartment building to live in and tons of mice everywhere, in the hallways and everything, the maintanence man comes to your apartment to fix things with a blunt hanging out his mouth, and its a half ass job.the landlord is quick to hang court papers outside your apartment for being a week late on rent, i dont recommend anyone to live in this hole in the wall.
