The apartments themselves are unique in design, but the fees charged for rent do not live up to the hype. The 24 hour doorman is misleading, as all but one of them will let anyone pass through and barely even make eye contact with you. There is a maintainence crew, but they are cleaning old things that could really stand to be replaced; like the carpeting in the hallways. The woman in charge of the building, Bonni Plenn, is rude, ignorant, and forgetful. She will not remember anything she tells you and will not return your phone calls. Similar buildings in the area - 1500 Locust and the Ben Franklin House for example - have the same rents but much better facilities.

I have never in my entire existance, witness an office of unprofessional staff of this magnitude. Yes, occasionally you will find one weak link, but the entire staff...Unheard of. They lose rent checks, they call at the last minute with rude comments. I have never seen anything like it. I'm speechless, in shock and appalled that they are trusted with tenant's money!
