Cosmopolitan Apartments

Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Outside of the location there, there is very little good to say about this apartment. But my biggest complaint however is with the apartment manager Bonni Plenn. She was the most difficult person I have ever had to deal with in an apartment complex. Extremely rude and condescending. She even went so far as to threaten legal action for late payment of rent even though the rent had been paid 5 days early. Of course there was no apology after I proved to her that the complex did recieve and cash my payment. She shows complete disdain for the tenants and is only concerned with trying to fill the empty apartments of people who are fleeing this establishment.
