Cosmopolitan Apartments

Pretty good deal for the location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   It is difficult to find such an affordable 2-bedroom apartment in such a great location. There are minor problems with this place but, in my opinion, they do not outweigh the benefits of living here. The only real complaint I have is about the apartment manager, Bonni Plenn. She is pretty unpleasant and often unreliable. However, she is pretty responsive if you bug her enough (aka call her at least once a day, sometimes even 2-3 times a day until problems are fixed). I had a plumbing issue in my apartment and initially I was just calling every few days to follow-up about it. Once I realized that she won't respond until you bug her, I started calling her multiple times a day since she rarely returned phone calls. I guess she got pretty sick of me because the problem was then fixed within a couple of days. This was kind of annoying, but in my opinion was not such a big deal compared to some problems I've heard about other apartments. The building is in a great location, it is extremely safe and clean, the apartments are spacious, and the tenants are pleasant and considerate.
