this place sucks From: honestopen Date posted: 3/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Location is great, but everything else (building maintenance, security, cleanliness) is terrible. I have seen mice in the lobby and dead cockroaches. My ceiling has been leaking and plaster is falling in clumps on the floor....and even after multiple complaints, nothing has been repaired. Bonnie Plenn is rude and definitely NOT here to help you. Security is friendly, but really allows anyone to enter. My unbiased advice is to NOT live here. I can't wait till my lease expires.
