it is the worst apartments i have ever seen,if you have kids please think twice
the place is so dirty,my apartment is full of ants and mice.i found mice droppings and also my neighbor told me the same and when i told the maintance they came and put some traps .....as if it is a normal thing here !!!!!!!!!!
please don't move to this place ,it is the worst

i agree. I also live at the cosmo. the place is infested with mice. Every neighbor i have talked with has the same problem. Every monday, a pest control van comes by and places mice traps. I have caught 7 mice with the mice traps so far. It's disgusting and probably not healthy.
