The leasing office manager's attitude toward customer is extremely bad when we have some discrepancy on some terms of my leasing contract.they even asked me to get out of the office and repeated that 'I don't wanna hear you'.There is no room to discuss anything with them at all! Their bad attitude definitely kept me away and left me the worst impression to them. Actually all I was asking was changing the the moving-out date after they had prepared the contract for me.they were very unsatisfied because they thought it cost them time and trouble to redo the contract for me and asking me to pay the changing fee.I wanted to pay to settle things done.but when I looked at the second contract, they added another additional fee of short-term lease which they didn't inform me in advance at all. when I asked about the reason and intended to negotiate with them about the contract(don't you think it's so normal for a tenant to ask this kind of question'especially when we already decided to move in), they just treated us like the above discription.

Hope my lesson can shed some light to you.It is not about the apt itself, it is the way they do business I will never agree with.Their bad attitude to customers is the worst one I've never seen!!
