I think this is the kind of place that would sucker in people unfamiliar with better options in the University City/West Philly/Powelton area. While the grounds themselves are OK, they're not that spectacular. Floors are carpeted, a bit worn, and not that clean. I had to vacuum and scrub significantly to clear some stains. The space isn't anything to brag home about, either, especially with the 4-digit prices.

But the worst parts have nothing to do with the physical plant. The staff is extremely manipulative, as the previous reviewer pointed out. I was told informally of a certain rent price (a knock-off of a certain fee), then jerked around on that. They're pretty terrible at getting pack to you in a prompt manner, too.

See Penn's OCL or Craigslist for much better places. Powelton Village isn't really the safest area, either, and not much to look at or do. Nearest supermarket is pretty far off.
