A good option From: mccruz Date posted: 7/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   This apartment building has it almost all. I lived there for three years and I can say that it was comfortable. You have your own washer and dryes, so you do not need to go outside while doing laundry. The heat and the air conditioning works perfectly. The building has good security, beautiful bbq zone. the manteinance is also good, almost always on time whenever you have a problem. The aparments are clean and comfortable, with big windows. The kitchen has a big fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, and a not so big or modern dishwasher. The best thing is that this building is very close to UPenn campus. For the daily things there is a 7-11 and a wawa real close. Also, the trolley number 10 is very close to go to Center City. The only things that can be improved by this property is to have a swimming pool (there is enough space for it), to go down a little with the price, renew the dishwashers and mantain some of the renters a little quiter, since there are a lot of students with a lot of noisy parties. People of the rent office, manteinance and security are really nice. Over all, I would totally recomend this place to live.
