Courts At Powelton

Just want to get out of here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The courts at Powelton is a horrible place to live in...infested with rats,poor maintenance, very very rude staff ( Janet esp) who cares only about how to get money from the tenants and not about helping them even though the rents are exorbidant,Cable tv disrupted about half the time in a month, fire alarms on and off at odd timings of the night (management refuses to do anything about it)...these r just some of the many many problems. At first it seems to be the right place, but the horror starts once you move in. Be careful not to run into any maintenance issues, Janet just won't fix it!!
