This place has all sorts of problems, as other reviewers have mentioned. But the absolute worst are the unlit, ice-covered cement fire escapes with no handrails. With the fire alarm going off several times a day this can be something of a problem. Imagine running down the stairs in the middle of the night with your baby in your arms, coming out a door and being in a pitch black, ice-covered alley approximately five feet above the sidewalk, then sliding several feet. That happened to me once. Another time I fell down the cement stairs that lead from the alley to the sidewalk. When I went to tell the office staff about it, showing them the huge bruise on my back, they laughed at me. Laughed. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
