Fine place to live but overpriced From: boojy999@hotmail.com Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Overall, the apartments are very nice. Inside is more modern than most apartments in the area. Having a washer and dryer right in the room was really great, and the gym is small, but no one is ever in there anyway so I never had a problem using the equipment that I wanted to. The only problem we had in our apartment was the dishwasher, which was broken and leaky the whole time we lived there. Maintainence is quick to come, but sometimes they did not know what the problem was, so did nothing. Still, this was only one thing, so overall I would recommend this place.
