awesome place to live if you are a student!! From: rivk15@optonline.net Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been living here since 8/05 and it has always been a nice place to live. Recently due to new ownership it has become a really great place. Maintenance problems (wich dont come up to often) are taken care of really quickly. Management is very helpfull and know the area well. I recommend this place it is totaly great. there is a $200 referal policy which i am willing to split with you so email me if your coming before you apply:)
