DONT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE TALKING CRAP ABOUT THE COURTS!!! I don't know where people are getting this stuff about rats and infestation...the only thing we had an issue with was these tiny little ants one month, but they went away and didn't cause any problems. People must be leaving food everywhere and not keeping clean apartments if there are rodent problems in their apt. As long as you are nice to the management, they're willing to fix things that need to be fixed and they love people who plan to stay for a long time. Safe, clean, moderately priced, QUIET place with washer/dryer in unit and perfect location for either Drexel or UPenn.
