The Problem: Ghetto, Section 8/Welfare Tenants

The problem with Cricket Court is not the management staff, it's those ghetto, six baby daddy, section 8, welfare-don't-want-to-ever-work, residents and their out of control children who reside on site. The good, hardworking, residents who live there have to constantly deal with mice and roach problems because they refuse to keep their unit clean. A friend of mine lives at the 549 building and she has no problem with her building because the residents are clean. Children are constantly destroying property, the landscape, and building and they leave the doors open all hours of the day and night allowing strangers access to the buildings. You want to live in a nice area but you destroy it, and you wonder why people refuse to rent to you. Many of you complain about the office staff. If you dont go in there acting like "BeBe", cursing, yelling, and screaming when you're clearly in the wrong then they may be more pleasant towards you. But you classless tenants dont seem to realize that no one will put up with your disrespectful, ghetto antics. Cricket Court is a nice place to live. I have been here since 2005 and the more those ghetto section 8/welfare families move in the worse the complex gets. And they wonder why people refuse to invest money to fix up the ghettos. It's because you do nothing but destroy your neighborhoods and anything good given to you. The best thing is for Crciket Court to stop accepting section 8 and you will see a huge turn around.
