Yes, Deauville is a nice place to live.
Sometimes.
It's close to two major highschools, Saul and Roxbourgh. There is also public transportaion right across the street, and down the street. It is a 20 minute walk away from Andorra shopping center, 5 away from Ivy Ridge.
On the other hand, it costs Mom like $3 to do wash because the dryers don't dry properly. There is always atleast on broken door on the first or second floors, where anyone can get in. The elevators are constantly breaking down in one way or another, and there is trash everywhere (and with that trash comes cockroaches).
Overall, I don't think it's a great place to live.
