Not to be bias it has a few goods and some serious bads. If you DO decide in Deauville, good luck and please write a review since there aren't enough on this site... And Good Luck.

Goods:
--Convenient location (WaWa, Hollywood Video, Etc)
--Good size apartment for the money

BADS:
--Management STILL hasn't fixed my fridge (2 years)
--Pulling out of the parking lot is a death trap!!!
--Washing Machines always broken.
--No lights in fire tower leading to the dumpsters
-- Trash thrown through the same Fire Tower
-- VERY DANGEROUS
--Poor Snow removal/cleanup. They NEVER do the stairs well and NEVER use salt.
--Due to building design, sound travels VERY easily.
--Hot water is Very inconsistent
--No Cable - Must use their satalite or get personal dish (I went with the Dish since I had a balcany)
--Gary Barbara's lights and alarms are terrible. (They find their cars by alarming the "panic" button)
--Neighbors leave trash in hallways, stairwells, and driveway.
--I could go on, but I think I've said enough. - Good Luck

Children are always running thru the halls as if they are at the playgound. I blame the parents ... why would you let your kids run in the halls. Would you like it if the tenants ran in your apt?

I was shocked when I toured the building with a friend - the elevators smell like urine - the carpets in the common area are wearing - kids running through the halls - partying in the fire escapes. Are the inmates running the asylum? Where is the management?
