NO MANAGEMENT, POORLY MAINTAINED, UNSECURE DOORS, FIRE ALARMS CONSTANTLY SET OFF,
TRESPASSERS CONSTANTLY, CONCRETE AND STEEL FALLING APART, NUMEROUS L& I CITINGS, NO RESPONSE OR INTEREST IN MAINTAINING QUALITY OF LIVING FOR TENANTS, IF YOUR A WHITE TRASH DRUNK THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU, DIRTY FLOORS,POOR HEAT AND HOT WATER,CONSTANT NOISE AND LIGHTS FROM CARLOT NEXT DOOR, ITS A SHAME...........APARTMENTS COULD BE NICE IF MAINTAINED, STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT AGGRAVATION.........................
