WENT FROM VERY BAD MANAGEMENT TO EXTREMELY WORSE MANAGEMENT! OTHER THAN THE NO COMMENT "GOOD" REVIEWS, IT'S A CONSENSUS THAT THE DEAUVILLE IS ONE OF THE WORSE APTS. IN ROXBOROUGH! HORRIBLE MANAGMENT -COMPLAINS GO IN ONE EAR OUT THE OTHER; APTS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR -CHEAP AND RUN-DOWN; MAINTENANCE -CRAP!; NEIGHBORS ARE A TOSS-UP BETWEEN TRASH AND GHETTO DRUG DEALERS WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU!; AS FOR SAFETY, YOU BETTER BE PACKING A GUN/KNIFE OR KNOW SELF-DEFENSE B/C THE HALLWAYS ARE DANGEROUS -FULL OF NON-TENANTS!! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THE DEAUVILLE -YOU ARE GUARANTEED A HEADACHE FOR A YEAR!!!
