This property is a complete s***hole. The management is comepletely hands-off, delegating even the most important of tasks to their inept secretary, who is content to sit on her lumpy butt and gab on her company cell phone all day...before they took it from her, that is.

Where to start' The fire started in a vacant apartment by unknown parties, which went unnoticed by many due to a disconnected fire alarm' The mounds of trash in the hallways and stairwells' The rampant bug and mice problems' The broken and damaged railings, walls and stairs' The blatant graffiti on the walls of the main corridor' The drunken shouting matches' The near-nightly police presence' The list literally goes on and on. Probably the only people who could have a moment's peace in this godforsaken hovel are Vietnam POWs, or Iraq War refugees looking for a quiet night out.

We've had a constant parade of inept maintenance men. This maintenance crew has had more turnovers that the Eagles. There are numerous L & I violations on this building, and as far as I can tell, speaking from a couple years experience, the management have NO intention of repairing ANY of them. This goes for the 3 other properties in the area that they own, those being the Sandra Court, The Henridge, and Leverington Court. They, too, are sores on the face of Roxborough.

If you should find yourself thinking about moving in here, please consider the alternative of being homeless instead. You may find it less stressful, and you'll have about as much access to heat and hot water, the same exposure to bugs, and the same proximity to dangerous people you would have living here... all without having to pay several hundred dollars a month in rent.

Well I'm sorry but when someone personally attacks ME I take it personally. Notice I didn't say anything else except what was said about ME PERSONALLY!

I want to let everyone know how Dave the so called manager at the Deauville earned his position in this building!! Dave was a no good maintenence guy, but since he is banging the owners daughter, the shlep got a manager job. The rats on the terrace level can do a better job than he can at being a manager. He let this place go to hell in a handbasket. It is so filthy, I cant even have guests over because I am embarrassed to have them walk through the hallways. Dave, come out of the closet you call an office and do some work around here or hire the right people to do it. Hell, have your wife come clean here since she likes dealing with GARBAGE!!!!
