Delaire Landing Apartments

Great place but not pet friendly From: angel410 Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007   This is a really nice place to live. Quiet, clean with great maintenance service. Convenient to center city with a rail line within walking distance. However, there is an issue with pets. Cats are allowed, but only dogs who have been "grandfathered". This is a problem, since you can't tell grandfathered from non-grandfathered. Policy is not consistent. I would be willing to pay extra to have a small dog. But other than that - it's a pretty good place to live.
