Though expensive for students (they only let students over 22 years old rent), The Domus is a good choice for those who want to be in the heart of the city without all the congestion. I love the neighborhood and never felt unsafe. My parking space in the garage is only $150.00 per month. There is no need to find parking elsewhere. Hallways, lobby, and clubhouse are always clean and smell good not the typical standard-issue apartment hallways. My apartment has a view of Chestnut Street, but others have pool views which are really nice. Noise is never a problem and the apartments are well constructed. Every once in a while I ll smell my neighbor s cooking in the hallway but never in my apartment. Overall, I like living here. My lease is up in three months so I m looking for other places, but I think I m going to stay right here.

I'd like to stay here too so long as they don't jack the rent too much on us. Sure it's expensive. But the location is convenient and amenities are decent. CSpada, what was your rent last year and what is it now?
