Apparently not good

I went to rent an apartment here and ran into many people in the building who told me that the apartments are nice and the doormen are wonderful but that the management is difficult if you are an owner. So, I guess it's ok to rent here but not buy' Apparently parking is difficult too. Pool is very nice as is gym.
