I'm a current tenant. As it is a rehab community, the building is stocked full of section 8 lifers, heavy drug use, unruly children, and a very nonchalant staff. The building isn't cleaned daily and is littered with trash in the hallways and staircases. There's graffiti and vandalism throughout the building by not only the children, but from some of the adult tenants! There's nowhere to sit outside except a small garden area with benches in the rear of the building near the trash dumpsters! Mice run the building with the occassional cockroach visit. Management has been changed at least 6 times in the 7 years I've been there and all we've recieved is empty promises of increased security, cleaner grounds, better class of neighbors while purging the troublemakers and there's no sign of improvement. If you're there, leave while you can, if you're coming in' Only if you have nowhere else to go.
