I have been living at Dorsett Apartments for only 1 month and 2 weeks. In that short period of time I have had the following problems; water leak from my shower into my little hallway,and my refrigerator is broke. This was a rude awaking. This problem made my apartment smell like "death" for better lack of words. The property manager and the landlord told me after days of waiting "Yeah, we not going to replace it". So now I have to buy a new refrigerator. When the leak happened I called maintenece emergency and I was told that that situation was not an emergency.If I did not need some place to live fast I would have never. Please take my word for it DON'T MOVE IN HERE. It's a shame becuase the area is not that bad but the building is.
