call home' I say NOT!!

Just recently the tenants of the Drake
formed a "union", yes a union to protect
their rights as paying consumers. This apt
complex has security issues and mgnt
problems too long to list here. After one
of the tenants reported an Intruder had
entered their apt, Management could only offer this as a remedy:

"... At this time, I feel the best solution
to this problem would be to let you out of
your lease agreement without penalty. I
Cannot Guarantee Your Safety and Would Not
Want You To Live In Fear."

This was signed by the Property Manager!

Do you want to live here'' I DON'T THINK SO.

Find another apartment building in the area,
there are many to choose from but STAY AWAY
from this address: 1512 Sruce Street.

wow! What a loser that guy is. how did he get the job as property manger? no one has sued him yet?
