We have been here less then three months, OH NO IT CAN NOT BE LIKE THIS,CAN IT''' All that hype about this place Winning those Awards...what --------.They kill you with kindness when you come in for the TOUR and while you are signing the lease then LOOK OUT. What a RUDE AWAKENING YOU ARE IN FOR.If you need advice read some of the comments on this board...we were made aware of this site only after we started to COMPLAIN to the other tenents. This place has had problems for awhile. We are investigating a way to BRAKE our lease, and leave this fraud. Before you Sign a lEASE TALK TO SOME OF THE ACTIVE TENANTS OR READ THE COMMENTS ON THIS SITE. Sorry.

You must mean "look under the hood," idiot!?? No wonder you had problems, you sound like a moron...Usually the people posting messages like this are the people who don't get what they want. Right or wrong. Anyway, I live here and I think it's great. Most of my friends also live here and we have nothing to complain about. We had a pleasant experience now for over 2 1/2 years. Does that say anything??

lIKE TO RESPOND TO mkarpathy (10/11/05). Why would you call another person an "idoit" for miss using a phrase? Why are you taking their comments/opinion to heart? If you have had good experiences at this apartment great,that is your opinion. But this ratings and reviews web-site is for people to share their experiences with everyone and for the rest to determine what they will do with the information. If you and your friends like this place then stay but why are you insulting another person because their view is far less positive? DOESN'T SAY MUCH ABOUT TRUSTING YOUR ACCESSMENT. Thank you.

CHEER UP, at least it's not "BOONE LOFTS," newly "renovated," but soon to fall apart.
