I love my apartment and frankly am quite surprised to read all the negative comments. I have never had issues with ants or the management.
This is the first time I've lived on my own and I feel extremely safe. I love the fact that I don't have to bring quarters to do my laundry. I've used the Drake Room on the ground floor for both large and small group events. They have a working fireplace in the winter.
I signed my lease and then read the reviews on this website and was quite concerned when I arrived here. I experienced none of the issues listed. It makes me wonder if one person wrote all of the negative postings. I'm sure that's not the case, but it just doesn't make any sense to me. I have never had any issues.
