This apartment complex has multiple problems. The worst being the professionally challenged and rude management staff. Their lack of customer service is literally appalling (as you may have figured from the other reviews). The electricity has gone off twice in the last month in the dead of winter which means no heat, no water and no electricty (of course). Apartments are not worth the price you are paying. Plenty of nicer buildings with better management than the Drake in center city. You have been warned!!!
