Second rate apartment, Masquerading as Luxury High Rise

The Drake is architecturally beautiful, too bad the management and service personnel make it a second rate apartment building.
I lived in the Drake for 3 years and loved my apartment and view, but the maintanence staff took the whole time to fix ongoing plumbing problems, the laundry room never purchased a folding table, the doormen never helped anyone carry anything out of their car and had to run half the time to get the door because they were too busy smoking and talking.
All of this and more were brought to the attention of the management and it never changed.
Too bad, because the building is a beautiful icon.
