Your opinion of this place will vary depending on the person handling your move and the location of your apartment. The last manager is no longer working here and the new manager seems somewhat interested in the tenants concerns. However, the owners haven't been very responsive to tenant concerns.

The walls are thin and the noise from the neighbors can be annoying at times.

Be prepared to hear the garbage truck 6 days a week at 6:30 in the morning. If you like to sleep in this is not the place for you.

Noise from the parking lot is common too at all hours of the night. Consider this place if you like the sound of cars honking at all hours of the day and night.

The condition of the building is pretty poor. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. The apartments that are renovated are nice. However, the workmanship (painting, etc) is poor.

I can not recommend this place. However, if your standards are not that high than this may be the place for you. The only good thing is that the utilities are included in the rent.
