I had just accepted a promotion to a new position in the Philadelphia area and am in the process of relocating from northern New Jersey. I had been searching for an apartment over the summer without much success. Last month I checked out the Duffield House on Conshocken Ave.
Fortunately, I was assisted by a courteous young woman named Janet, who was knowledgeable about the application process, terms and conditions of the lease, and the options available to potential renters. She took the time to show me an apartment while making me feel more comfortable about the often frustrating experience of seeking an apartment. I felt the information which she provided was extrememly helpful and will go a long way toward my decision about leasing an apartment in the near future.
