Duffield House in one year, has changed drastically. Under new Management, The 24 hour security that was promised and advertised in the apartment magazine, as well as their website is non existence. NO SECURITY FOR A LARGE BUILDING WITH 11 FLOORS.

Managemnt has now authorize cars to be towed, and cars are broken in on a daily basis. Management allows unscruplous people to rent apartments. Drug dealers in builidng, parties, going on all night.

Large items thrown off roofs. Several apatment have been rented to a soccer team, which is owned by Duffield Hosue, are the alleged culprits.

Older people are afraid to complain, for fear of retailation from the Office Manager.

Elevators dirty, with cigarette butts, and trash. Maintenance staff inadequate. Supertindent, rude and disresptful.

Rent has increased during the lease. Illegal, practices.

Office Manager, unprofessional, defensive, with no regard for the senior citizens, and minorities in building.

Other tenants have complained of mice, and roaches.
